Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails to maintain and develop strong relationships.
  • Identify and address client challenges with a high sense of urgency, coordinating with Customer Service and Operations for swift resolutions.
  • Follow up with clients within 24-48 hours of implementing solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Report any issues—both positive and negative—to Operations or Sales for further action.
  • Proactively up-sell and cross-sell additional services to current clients.
  • Ask for referrals to other companies to expand our client base.
  • Maintain excellent communication and foster strong customer relations at all times.

 

Sales Qualifications:

  • Build and maintain a database of qualified opportunities through telemarketing, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and ensure our operations align to meet expectations.
  • Collaborate with the pricing team to prepare proposals that include service agreements, fuel surcharges, and insurance requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and service details to close new and add-on business effectively.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries through various channels—telephone, in person, and email.
  • Support new customers through their initial shipment, ensuring their experience meets expectations by acting as a liaison between operations and sales.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns in your assigned territory, leveraging corporate resources for maximum impact.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities, submit reports regularly, and monitor your agenda to enhance sales efficiency.
