Cybersecurity Incident – July 2024

On Monday, July 8, 2024, Diligent Delivery Systems discovered that it had experienced a cyber security incident impacting certain aspects of its digital systems. Our team of engineers was able to recover our impacted digital systems within 24 hours. We have engaged a team of cyber security experts to help us investigate the source and scope of the incident.

We are aware that certain customers may have received malicious email messages from Diligent Delivery Systems’ email accounts. These emails were sent by the criminals who are responsible for the cyber security incident. We have reported these messages to federal law enforcement and will provide any cooperation necessary to hold accountable the perpetrators of this incident. We strongly encourage you to delete these messages. The words you may have read in some of these emails do not represent the values with which we operate and guide ourselves. We take pride in transparency, values-based ethics, and we hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism.

Please note that no sensitive customer information (including payment card, and financial account information) is stored in the systems impacted in connection with this incident.
